Bipolar Depression? What is it like?

So today I am going to be talking about Bipolar Depression.

So going through Bipolar Depression.


Is not fun at all, everything take so much effort to do even simple thing like moving.

You are going off of nothing but will-power.

Everything just hurt so much, it can turns into physical pain.

Just when you think you hit the bottom of the deep dark cold abyss boom the floor break under you and you go deeper into the abyss.

and the worst part of bipolar depression is that it can happen for any reason or no reason at all, the bipolar just said guess what you are now depression to bad so sad.

Symptoms of depression are:

  • Significant changes in appetite and sleep patterns
  • Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed
  • feelings of hopelessness or pessimism
  • feelings of guilt even if we did nothing that cause us to feel guilt
  • feelings of worthlessness
  • feelings of helplessness
  • decreased energy, a feeling of fatigue or of being "slowed down"
  • difficulty concentrating, remembering, making decisions
  • Prolonged sadness or unexplained crying spells
  • chronic pain or other persisting bodily symptoms that are not caused by physical illness or injury
